What is the MAP Talent Program?

The student talent program addresses Business Administration students of WWU Münster who have a strong interest in management studies and/or who have already put management studies into their focus of study. MAP aims to support and accompany the individual development of its members.

We offer:

  •         A network of excellent students of the University of Muenster

  • Contact to top-class practice partners
  • Workshops with the practice partner companies
  • Company visits
  • Soft skill trainings
  • Team building events
  • Job application training
  • Access to internships, working student jobs, and direct entry positions

During the workshops, students will have the opportunity to apply and improve their knowledge and analytical thinking skills facing practice-oriented problems. Their soft skills such as presentation techniques and organization management will be individually fostered and targeted.

As MAP we strive for four workshop events each year in which the students get a close view of the companies’ culture and insights into the various challenges of the industries. Two more MAP-exclusive training and teambuilding events make up a complete year of MAP.

Our mission

The mission of MAP - Management Association for Perspectives is to connect high-performing and motivated students of the University of Münster with first-class practice partners from various industries. MAP is committed to promoting contact between students with an interest in management and companies. We pursue this goal by creating an exclusive career network (Meet), organizing top-class events for further education (Acquire) and providing access to practical experience and contacts (Practice). MAP thus offers substantial added value over and above the high-quality courses offered by the University of Münster.

Our concept thus comprises three dimensions:

Meet
     Acquire
          Practice

Our vision

We expand the theoretical-scientific education of the WWU by the three dimensions “Meet, Acquire and Practice” with the aim of enabling high potentials in the field of management to make the best possible transition into their desired profession.
